No, our services here at Hypertype are 100% American. We do all of our work in the United States of America and all of our transcriptionists and administrative employees are US Citizens. We take pride in keeping our money in the country.

Does Hypertype offer support outside of business hours?

Absolutely. Our IT & Support Team works around-the-clock to meet our customers needs. Doctors and Nurses work 24/7 and we’re here to support them.

Do you charge more for STAT Transcription Service?

Do you charge by the minute?

No. At Hypertype our software uses the net line billing method. It charges for lines on the page, and prorates partial lines. You will never pay for partial lines, attributes, hard returns or system commands at Hypertype. We are proud to have verifiable, auditable pricing for our customers.

Do you charge more for dictators with heavy accents that are difficult to decipher?

No. We do not charge extra for transcription services based on heavy accents.
